The Cost of LASIK
At Ophthalmology Associates, there is one all-inclusive cost for pre-operative examination, testing, the LASIK procedure, and post-operative management for up to one year. Our LASIK eye surgery pricing is competitive in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and all services are provided by our LASIK surgeon, Dr. Robert Warren, to assure the highest quality care for your eyes.
We charge $1500.00 per eye for the LASIK eye surgery procedure. There are no hidden costs or tiered pricing schedules based on degree of nearsightedness or farsightedness. Also, because there is no additional work associated with the treatment of astigmatism, we do not feel it is necessary to increase the cost of the procedure.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check or credit cards. Ophthalmology Associates is also happy to assist you with financing. If you participate in a medical flex plan through your employer, that is a great way to make LASIK more affordable.
